TeamViewer ios app connections blocked

Hello I have been attempting to get this issue fixed for months, but I am turning up empty corners.

My ios device running the TeamViewer app, seems to be blocked when attempting to access my devices remotely. What doesn't make sense is it is only my ios device that cannot remote into my other devices. When using many of my other computers, I am able to remote in to my other computers without any issues.

The message states that the device is blocked by an expired trial license, but I do not have a trial license on this device. In settings, it also states I have a Free license. I have tried deleting the app, reinstalling it but it still is not working. I have also tried many times of resetting the device using the online form but I have not received any responses.
