Black screen
Hello All,
I have Teamviewer 13 licensed.
When accessing my remote server WIndows 2012 server R2, I get a black screen, but in case somebody is accessing the server in parallel with Remote Desktop i can see the session OK.
If the remote desktop session is closed, the teamviewer session shows black screen again.
Can you please advise?

Dear support,Thank you but this is not my problem. Other clients can connect just fine, mine just wont.Reinstalled Teamviewer (with removal of all settings checked) now 2 times the last two weeks (today again).And still having this problem, we have corporate license with 4 payed channels.Please advise!Best regards,Christian0

If it is just you who sees the black screen while it works for your colleagues, we might need to dive a bit deeper into the topic.
For this I would like to suggest you to submit a ticket incl. a support collector to our support team so that they can have a look at this case.
