Upgrade from version 13 Premium to 14 Corporate

Hi!

We used Teamviewer a year ago. We have got special offer email (link). We have upgraded TV13 Premium license to TV14 Corporate license. The main reason of the upgrade was, 3 session + mobil device support as a GRATIS for iOS and Android + 50% discount. After upgrade procedure, TV14 is ok, 3 session is ok, but mobil devices need more additional licenses! We knew that Teamiewer 13 needs extra license for mobile devices, but in the special offer it was a gratis! How does it works?
