One way connection
Hi,
Is it possible to prevent clients from connecting other partners?
I mean that only our support can connect the clients but the clients can not do any connection. I have seen this at the configuration out TW in our supported Print Server.
Thank you in advance

Hi @AKSupp
First, i would like to thank all for your contributions :smileyhappy:
The Fig. 1 looks like a customized Quick-Support Modul in a previous version.
If you need a Quick-Support modul in version 12, please go to our homepage here to download the standard Quick-Support modul or here to create your own modul.
Please note, to start a Quick-Support modul on your client the TeamViewer full version should be closed or deinstalled.
Did my reply answer your question? Please accept it as a solution to help others, Thanks.

In configuration change to not showing ID and Password.
And add your computer/device/contact to WhiteList
Of course you should make a password for TV Configuration.Regards,

Hi,
Thank you for your reply.
Sorry but I think I could not explain my Problem!
I am looking for something like Fig.1
My actual TeamViewer looks like Fig.2.
This means that the client should not be able to make an outgoing connection.
(Sorry, the Figs are in German).
Thanks
Regards

Configuration / Security / Password strength / Block
Configuration / Main / Incomming LAN connection / Allow onlyhmm... I see you want to The ID will be invisible ?
I know this is possible with HOST but I'm not sure about TV Standalone APP and QuickSupport.Regards,

Hey AKSupp,
You can do this by using a "host" instead of a full client.
From the manual:TeamViewer Host is installed as a Windows system service. Computers on which TeamViewer Host is installed can be administered with TeamViewer immediately upon system start (and before Windows login). Outgoing connections are not possible.
For detailed information please check the "Manual for remote control", specifically chapter 11.4 on page 92. You can find the manuals here: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/documents/
