Upgrade MSI Installed HOST to Full version Remotely

Hello TeamViewer Community.

We need a viewer on a Machine that already has a Host installed.
The host is restricted to only show the ID.

Is there a way to upgrade this host to a Full version remotely?
Or let a viewer run simultaneously next to a HOST?

Thank you for your message.

Unfortunately, remotely updating from the Host to the full version is not possible.

Running a Host simultaneously with a full version is also not possible.

This actions will need to be done manually.

Note: Alternatively, you can also deploy the full version via the .msi package. You will find all the information you need in our Knowledge Base article here: How to deploy the Full TeamViewer client
