Licence Management
Hello,
Is it possible to set up teams in a company for separated self-service licence management for the teams?
Let's say we have a team marketing with 2 core licences and team IT with a company licence.
Is it possible to set up an administrator for team marketing with only access to 2 core licences?
Or does every administrator have access to all licences?
Best Regards and stay healthy

Actually, a mixture of license types / subscriptions plans currently needs this seperation since one admin can not manage different types.
So yes, and with respect to your example, you would activate the core licenses with a person (or a general shared user account) and the company license with a different one.
There is no other help to get this done from the product side.

Almost there ... what you described is possible if you order each of them seperately, i.e. have different activation links (e.g. team 1 and 2). If they come in one order there must be managed in one account.
And yes, the admin does not need to consume a license, he can work with Free.

Thank you for your answer.
So we could create a company and create shared accounts for the licence management. That is a neat idea i had not thought about.
So we could create:
Team 1 - 1 person / shared account with 1 crew licence
Team 2 - 1 person / shared account with another crew licence
Team 3 - 1 person / shared account with 1 core licenceAnd can the company administrator role aslo be given to persons without a licence?
