In searching this issue, it appears to be a common one and needs TeamViewer support to whitelist my email. Can someone from Teamviewer please contact me to assist? Thank you.

Please could you whitelist my email so I can receive password reset
My Teamviewer partner has requested a password reset 3 times over the last several days and the reset emails never show up. His ID is **Please do not post TeamViewer IDs** and his email is [removed per Community Guidelines]
