Paypal Remote access License

Hi,

I buy a remote access License with my Paypal account. I received an email for confirmation.

Since 2 hours, i don't receive License or anything. I tried to call a support but nothing.

Please, someone help me. It's urgent.

    As you already received the order confirmation email, I think the license activation can be done already: Did you already see the article about How to activate your Remote Access Plan ?

    I saw this article, but my problem is that I am not getting the key license.

    It's been 3 hours since I bought this license but nothing.

    It's urgent for me to access remote.

    Hi,

    I received an email for "Activate Your TeamViewer Customer Portal", but still not receiving email to activate my license key.

    It's been 8 hours since my purchase, but still nothing. I am frustrated because no one seems to know how to deal with this situation.
