Are you looking to hide the window completely or make it so you don't need to log in at all to see the list?

Ok, Click your name at the bottom of the screen (yellow aarow) and it will bring up the window in the right of the pic. Click your name at the top of that window (red aarow) then click sign out.
Again, You want to delete the pic

Once you are logged out, you do not need to delete the pc from your account. If you want to, you can log back into your computers and contacts list on that pc or another one, then right click on the PC in the list, then hit the gear in the upper right hand corner and click delete. that will remove it from your Computers and Contacts list.

Ahhhh a third option Ok so if you open TeamViewer. Click your picture (Red Aarow) then in the upper right hand corner is a gear (No Aarow) click that then sign out. This should bring you back to the login screen for Contacts and Computers. Which will prevent others from seeing them.
Hope that helps

First, Delete that pic, it shows your info. I'll get you a screen shot of the old screen with instructions on how to do it.
