Problème vérification de compte...

Bonjour j'ai ajouté dans notre organisation un collègue qui remplace un autre, et celui-ci ne peut se connecter car cela lui demande de vérifier son poste en lui envoyant un mail de confirmation "Trust email"...

Mais depuis vendredi malgré plusieurs relance aucun mail ne lui est parvenu.
