Hi, we are trying to ad a new tech to the list of technicians, and after filling all the fields, it says that the email is already being used. We look for this email and it doesn't appear. Anybody could help us with this, please? Thanks. Regards

When adding a user and you get the message that it already exists then you should add it as an existing user. For this please follow the steps below:
