The document covering Chat only goes over the Chat options from the main Blizz Start screen. Once you are in a meeting, there's a chat button at the bottom, next to the share screen button. Is there a way to toggle this chat between 1 person in the meeting and all users? It appears that any chat messages entered in this way go to all users.
I can't find any documentation regarding this chat button and it's functionality.

A meeting chat is shared with all participants in a meeting. It is not possible to send a message to 1 person in the meeting chat.
Ok, so the chat in the meeting is for all users. The chat in the Blizz console where you schedule and start a meeting can be to one or several people.
Are those people selected by my outlook contact list, or registered blizz users? I could not get it to select from my Outlook users
