Cancel Subscription - No response from Blizz

Hello,

We had requested to cancel our subscription and be refunded due to the enormous technical difficulties we experienced during an important webinar.

We purchased on November 4th and requested the cancellation and refund on November 17th and again on 18th, but have not received any response or confirmation of receipt of email by Blizz.

Can your team please respond ?
