Business Account: No Activation Key Email?

Hi there,

I upgraded and paid for a Business Account today. I recieved a confirmation email of the order and have been awaiting the activation key on email. Nothing has arrived in my inbox? It states it takes minutes. It has been a few hours and still no email to activate the account.

Can anybody help me please?
