Can connect but all programs just display blackscreen
I am not sure if I posted this topic at the correct board, so please move if not.
Hers my problem: On my remote MAC machine I installed TeamViewer 12, and on my Windows machine I installed TeamViewer 13 and later TeamViewer 12 (tried with both versions). When I connect from my Windows machine to the remote machine, I can open programs and all but all I see is just a black screen of the program. I attached a screenshot. As I mentioned above, the problem is the same with both versions, TV12 and TV13.
