Cancellation issue

Reporting yet another unfortunate issue with Teamviewers dubious cancellation practices and evergreen autorenew subscription. I raised a cancellation support ticket two weeks prior to the renewal date, as my company has closed due to the effects of Covid-19. I was, like many others, then quoted the 28 day cancellation policy despite making it clear that the company had closed and payment method cancelled. There has been no acknowledgement of the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the global pandemic and affact this has had on my business, with extremely poor customer service. I have no use for the software and will not be activating it, yet am still expected to pay for another 12 month license. This company is completely unethical and a disgrace, I would warn anyone against using them
