Change or disable license

Hello, I made a mistake when installing TeamViewer, I put it as a business when it was actually meant to be personal; right now i have an online pc and i need to access my files urgently, but the business license prevents me.

I researched about it and saw that I needed to open a support ticket. Can you please help me in this matter? Thanks.
