Command line add proxy

Hi,

We are running below command line on some windows computers with TV Host v15. Everything works except maybe the proxy part. The proxy settings on the host is not assigned. Is something wrong or does --proxy only state which proxy to use when making the changes/updates? Is there a way to add/assign the proxy into the Host settings?
