Complaint on alex

Been 2 weeks since Alex has tried to service my computer. He did nothing but lock me out of my computer. He doesn't call me. I have no number for him. I'm mad! So mad I'm going to trash your name on facebook and everywhere else. Better get a hold of me soon. He isn't wanted by myself ever, do not have him contact me. Someone intelligent would be good!

TeamViewer does not offer remote support and we certainly would not have locked you out of your computer.

TeamViewer GmbH is a company based in Germany, which develops a remote support tool. We would never make cold calls to private users unless they have contacted us in regards to the usability of our application (TeamViewer). Although TeamViewer is a commercial product, it may be used for free if it is used in a private, non-commercial context (for example, for helping friends or family members with computer problems).
