Connect to TeamViewer host

Good morning, I hope you could help me.
I have a blind friend who bought a notebook with a vocal assisted system installed on it, having Windows 10 running underneath.
It came with TeamViewer host installed, so my friend asked me to connect with it in order to help him with some difficult task, just in case.
TeamViewer host gives me the ID only, I added a new computer on my TV personal but everytime i try to connect it ends asking for the password, which I don't know (and host doesn't show me).

How can I establish the connection permanently? I already set up TV host for starting at OS startup, but I'm stucked here.
Any advice is welcome, thanks in advance.
