Hello, I'm new to Team Viewer and using it to assist my dad when he has problems. I installed the personal use application which is ver 15.2.2756 on a new laptop running Windows 10. It worked well except there are pop up error messages that hinder sucessful use. Here are the pop ups. It only happens when I connect to his Windows 10 from my Windows 7 machine. When I connect in the reverse direction there are no pop up error messages.

The exact same thing is happening to me. When I connect from my computer, the error messages appear on the computer that I am attempting to connect to, but not in reverse.
Both are windows 10 machines
Team Viewer Version 15.7.7
It looks like a verification error message.
I would suggest you run from the Command line (run it with Admin rights) the SFC /scannow command and after the finish to restart the computer and see if is changed.
Else try to completely uninstall the app, restart and reinstall a fresh download.
