File transfer date and time

Hi all,
I'm using TV 15.4.4445.
Tansferring files from a remote PC to my machine (both the PC are in the same country with the same regional configuration), the creation time of the transferred file is different from the original one.
The difference between the creatin time of the two files is of 9 hours.
Is there a way to have the same creation time?
