Have configured remote system to black out screen when I remote in, however, the remote system does not

actually blackout the remote screen.

There is a message that always pops up stating that the remote black out screen driver needs to be installed.  I choose to install it, but no change.  Same message everytime I remote in.

Remote system configuration:

W10Pro version 1803, running Teamviewer 13, with three monitors.

Any ideas?
