How to share all groups through the Management Console

Wondering if there is a way to share all the groups with a new user rather than editing each individual group?

Re: How to share all groups through the Management Console

Hi MosswaTech,

Thanks for posting!

Yes, this can definitely be done.

From User Management
From the User Management Window in the management console, hover over the user,  click the options cog and select Edit User

Then Select the "Shares tab and select the Groups and permissions for that user and click Save.

Note: This can only be done once the user verifies their account.

To a Contact (Management Console)
To share the software to a contact that you have in your contacts list, hover over the contact and click the options cog and select Properties
