How to start WOL on teamviewer using a phone outside your network?

I want to connect my phone to my home computer from outside and do not have any idee why the WOL do not work. I set up a dynamic IP address using tightVNC and the port is open so no firewall is blocking it. Already setup WOL to be enable on my desktop. Is there anything that I'm doing wrong?
