Licence not activating

I cannot get me licence to activate I have just realised that I am still on free version altough I am paying a monthly fee how do I correct this since I dont seem to be able to create a ticket or get anyone on the phone

I re-sent you the activation link. 👍

Please follow the actiation instructions in the email and everything will work fine again!
