License Number

Dear All,

please i need help, i bought corporate license and they send me invoice and then i paid the amount but till now i didn't receive any license number and my account still free , and i created ticket but no one reply me from support, till last year they were sending the license number with link to pay in the same invoice and after you pay you can use the license number , that year the situation changed,, they sent the invoice without any license number, please advise, note: i paid from more than one week
