Logged out at remote computer

My own fault, probably:
Too fast I accepted a remote logout-login during a session. Result: black screen. Teamviewer IS able to reconnect to the remote computer, but I can do nothing facing the black remote screen. Do you have any suggestions? The remote computer is at home in an empty house, and I am in another country.
