I lost access to all my Partner PC. App is saying that I have to upgrade. I only have license for V.12
Also the App is saying that I am using a Free. It use to say Primium Business.

Can you verify in your TeamViewer under Help --> About TeamViewer, that you are using TeamViewer in version 12.
Plus: Are you logged in to your Computers & Contacts list?
If both are true, you should be able to see your license again.
