Remote Control of Active Directory Computers

Hi,

I'm domain admin of an active directory domain. When I connect and try to do some operations that requiring high authority on the personal computer that is a member of this domain, the screen become black and Teamviewer prevents my access to pc for a while. I see an alert on screen because of doing operations that requiring high authority. The user of computer who needs help has no authority to run this process and allow me to do. Is there any solution to enable Teamviewer for authorized helper run the authority requiring operations? I can not use Microsoft remote access service since the computer are not included our local network and pc has trouble connecting VPN.
