As you have mentioned that you are a licensed user, can you kindly check whether you have signed in your licensed account on TeamViewer client please?
If you do, but the setting is still grey out. Please restart the connection to check for the difference
if still no luck after restart the connection with signin licensed account, kindly contact TeamViewer Support Team for further assistance or provide your TeamViewer version and Operating system version in the reply post please.
