Request a refund
I am writing this email regarding to request a refund for the subscription. When I bought the program last year, I expected that it charged only once. I did not expect that it would be automatically subscribed. The problem is no longer I am going to use that program. I would like to cancel the subscription and want to get the refund for earlier payment. Could you please check?
