Server 2019 Datacenter Azure Can't Connect

Hi,

I've had a read through Teamviewer on Windows Server Guide 

I can only connect to the User ID when I have logged onto the server via RDP.

The first time I attempted to use the Server ID, I was connected via RDP, I saw the Server login screen, which had another user logged in. I chose to switch user and the screen went black. I closed the Server ID sessiona and now when I restart it. It gets stuck on the "connecting to Remote Server..." "Initializing display parameters" screen.

I can still log on to the User ID.

I can't log onto either the User ID nore the Server ID if I don't have an active RDP session running.

I'm trying to use Teamviewer without having to run an RDP session to access the server. Any assistance would be great.
