I submitted a ticket for cancellation on Sep 15th, my renewal is still far away (November 2020), when I checked the tickets today it's not there, I still have the confirmation email, but shouldn't I receive a confirmation that it was processed and it will not renew ??!! or you delete tickets and people assumed it was done.
I called customer support, no one answer! , left a voice message and no one call back.
Regarding the cancellation, you should receive an email regarding your subscription auto-renewal has been terminated when your request is processed successfully. Please kindly check your spam/junk folder and make sure the domain TeamViewer is whitelisted on your email server.
