Still says free, received purchase confirmation but no invoice

Hey there,

I seem to be caught in a loop here...  I was going to make a support ticket for this, but you only give those to subscribers, but my problem is that I paid for a subscription but it still says I'm using the free version.
I have my order number, purchase confirmation email, and activation link, but I never received an invoice and Teamviewer says I’m running the free version. It continually kicks me off and I have to reconnect several times a day.

By the look of things in this community, this is a reoccurring issue here at TeamViewer. 

Can someone please help me straighten this out?
