Team Viewer not working

Hi all,

since today all worked properly, but this afternoon when i press the connect button nothing happens. in detail After pressing the connect button the button correctly changes the label from connect to "Interrupt", but then it returns to "Connect" without connecting to the same computer used this morning...

could you please help me?

I'm running the Team Viewer v15 from my PC (Win 10), some config con the remote one.

    Hi @Giulia_1983 

    Did you try at first to reboot your Win10 pc? Maybe Windows updates applied and need to be restarted.

    Else did anything changed in your computer configuration the last day? Some app installation or anything else?

    Iam having this problem. When I try to connect from my tower to Laptop, it works. But when I try to connect from my Laptop to the tower, nothing happens when I press connect?
