Teamviewer sessions hangs

I am facing an issue where my Teamviewer session hangs. This is not happening on all of my systems. It may be because of my network speed is slow on the other end, but I am not sure. The same systems, when used with a high-speed network do not face this issue.
Any suggestion on what may be the issue? I have a business license.

Hello,
As you mentioned this problem is more related to Network / Bandwidth issue. You can try the following
- TeamViewer à Extrasà Options à Advanced à Advanced Network settings à Disable UDP
- Secondly you can try display settings at TeamViewer à Extrasà Options à Remote Control à Quality à Optimize Speed (Optimize Quality etc).
This will adjust quality as per bandwidth availability to ensure smooth experience.
