I am trying to connect to a partner computer that is running TeamViewer Quick Support, but whenever I try to connect, I get a message saying "The Trial license of your connection partner has expired..."

Is it maybe that you're client has downloaded teamviewer by himself and downloaded accidentally the trail version that is now expired.
