Two account access to one host

Is there a way to allow two accounts to access the same host. The customer has a TeamViewer account, I as contractor, have a Teamviewer account used for support. Can we both set up our respective Teamviewer accounts to access the same host service on the remote computer.

If you want two different accounts connecting to the same Host, the Host has to be a standard Host, not a customized one (as customized modules only can be linked to the account that created the Host).

Then, what I recommend you to do, is to assign it to account A and set up a personal password A on it (or even easy access if it is in your interest). Then, you can put an additional password B for account B who is going to connect to it. This is for security purpose, so you guys don't connect with the same password on it.

After that, with two passwords set up, all the users can connect to the Host.
