Video not working for participants

Using mac book pro with most up to date software and most up to date team viewer.  I can see my video but participants in video call cannot.  Is anyone else having this issue?

I have a similar issue. Using remote access, a live video coming from a USB connected camera on the remote computer displays correctly on the remote computer but does not display on the host computer. The video display window is just black.

Searching the web for a solution I have found people reporting this issue as far back as 2011, but still no solution.
