identify a request with confirmation

Hi everboby,
I received since 2 days a request from a computer, I didn't identify. (perhaps it's from an old friend) The problem is that the request did'nt use any teamviewer ID or name of user but the name of an computer, so I can't know who is it. Is it a way to identify a request ? Is it a place where the request are log ? Is it a way to bloc automaticaly one computer ? But for me, it'll be smarter to bloc an ID because it's unique instead of computer name whitch could be the same.
