issues connecting

I am using Windows XP service pack2, when attempting to connect to another device I get a meassage asking "please update remote teamviewer" and that the connection will terminates in 5 minutes. Teamviwer version is 14.2.56676 What can be done?

Unfortunately, we do not support Windows XP Service Pack 2. The oldest Windows OS we are supporting is Windows XP Service Pack 3. Please find more information here: Which operating systems are supported?
