Beginner question - connecting to my Dad's computer without input from him
I'm very new to this; my father is in a nursing home and I'd like to be able to access his laptop from mine. I don't want him to have to do anything; I'd like to just have it set up so that whenever his computer is on I can connect to it, without his having to enter a password or anything. Is this possible with some configuration of Team Viewer?
I live in a different state and his hearing is terrible, so I can't really give him directions over the phone. He mostly just uses the laptop as a typewriter, so what I need to be able to do is copy a few files to my computer to print them and close all the extraneous ads and windows that the computer keeps opening up. Any suggestions appreciated. I've got the laptop set to never turn off.

Greetings,
That's easy enough. You just have to set up the laptop so that it's set for unattended access, by setting a permanent password. I have included a link to a video for your reference, you can also do a search using the terms "teamviewer unattended access" and you will see all kinds of videos and directions available. This video should help you though:
