Business license. When i add a new computer it shows in unknown folder

I have a Business license on 8 channels. When i add new client computer in the teamviewer window throught "Connection" ->"Setup unattendent access" it apeears on contact list in new folder called "Неизвестно" (Unknown). Looks like every new remote computer appears in unknown folder, but i need they appears in specified folder. 

I dont see a settings option than allows show new computers automaticly in specified folder.

This problem starts one month ago. before it all computers appeared in folder "Мои компьютеры" (My computers).

How i can tune up my account so that all new computers shows in specified folder?
