Can not get license

Dears,

IMG_0001.jpgI already purchased a new license payment. I’m still waiting 10 days but nothing get from the TEAM VIEWER. Then I asked from the Bank, they said it was already transferred to TEAM VIEWER account. I sent e-mail to ‘’accounting@teamviewer.com’’ many times about this situation. But I did not get any answer. Please advise me what should I do next? I really need this software.

    Sure, I tried to sent e-mail  accounting@teamviewer.com. But I did not any answer. So now I don't know what I should do.

    I purchased a license, but everytime my TeamViewer shows "Demo version".

    Can anybody help me?
