Can see, but can't connect to Samsung SM-G965U (S9+)
I have team view 14.3.4730 on Windows 10 (latest updates). V14.3.198 CL on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ (SM-G965U). I can see and control my Windows 10 pc when I login to teamviewer. I can see the Phone in the menu on my PC, BUT, I can't connect to the phone. Conversely, I see the PC on my phone and easily connect and control with no problems! How do I diagnose this issue where I can see/control the PC from the phone, and I can see the phone from the PC, but cannot connect nor control the phone from the PC.
