Can't see users that use Quick Support

I added users to Management Console and they don't see those that use quicksupport

When you set up QuickSupport, you choose which group your service cases will go into.
You need to share this group with your other users as QuickSupport Service cases are not automatically distributed among your company (In case you have multiple teams)

If the user gives you the TV ID and password, can you type it in and connect. I don't use the Quick Support but I don't think you see the machines using it on your list of users.0
