Despite my use of TeamViewer earlier in the day, I cannot sign in to my TeamViewer account now, even though I am connected to the internet. I've tried restarting my computer and re-installing teamviewer. I'm using macOs.

This issue was solved after I hit the "delete configuration files" box in the preferences -> uninstall, and then reinstalled.
Where did you find Preferences? I can not sign in on one of my Apple computers
I looked there but I could not find in any of the tabs "delete configuration files" box in the preferences -> uninstall, and then reinstalled." Nothing about uninstall.
