How to give ServiceDesk access to PCs
We bought a Corporate license recently and we are just starting out on Teamviewer. 8-10 ServiceDesk (SD) staff need to remotely support 400+ users. We are looking for an integrated method that will allow SD to seamlessly connect and remotely-control each end-point without being prompted to authenticate each time they connect. Do we have to set-up some kind of Active-Directory integration or can we just add the SD account to each end-point?
Remote Support will just be internally on our network so if we can avoid syncing our AD with the cloud based Teamviewer system we would prefer that.
Any advice/tips/links gratefully received.
Regards
Gary

Hello ITSD,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community!
Please have a look at the following link to see how to create a Host module and download the MSI deployment package to install on the devices that are going to be supported.
In addition you can always reach out to your local TeamViewer support center to get assistance with this process.
All the best,
Jonathan
