Hello, 

I have a technical question. I use time viewer to help my friend to do something on his computer. I would like to know if my IP Adress is visible for the third parties? 

For example, if I use Time Viewer and I have the control of my friend computer. The website will record his IP Adress or Mine?

    Yes, theoretically, IP addresses are traceable. However, you cannot find them in the TeamViewer logs and can be requested in a legal context.

    hello, it is an important point but I am not sure of my understanding, does the fact that the initial adress is not in the teamviewer log, imply it is a good protection ?
